Project Overview
Panelab once again teamed up with Teak Construction to deliver a sleek, modern aluminium facade on an innovative modular build. This project features a traditional sealed system specifically designed to complement the building's unique modular structure.
The apartment complex was constructed using a modular approach, with each major structural piece repeating and interconnecting similar to building blocks. Our facade system was carefully engineered to follow this same modular principle, ensuring seamless integration with the building's distinctive construction method.
The building represents another modern state housing development by Kāinga Ora, continuing our successful partnership with both Kāinga Ora and Teak Construction on quality housing initiatives across Auckland.
A huge effort from all involved — and another milestone project successfully delivered by Panelab.
